Lonwood Dakota Topseal

For a vinyl flooring with the wonderful look of hardwood, LONWOOD DAKOTA is a slightly textured sheet that evokes the open grain of oak and the nuance of a knot-free, quarter-sawn plank. Lonwood Dakota now comes standard with Lonseal's exclusive Topseal formulation. Topseal is a factory-applied urethane finish that protects the floor, reduces scuffing and simplifies routine maintenance. Topseal is applied in a 30-micron wear layer and extends the life of the flooring by protecting it from wear due to staining, soiling and scuffing.

This product contains partial “boards” at both edges. This selvage should be removed to assure an aesthetically pleasing transition from sheet to sheet. The selvage width can vary depending on the lot.

Note: Sold by the linear foot. The minimum order is 3 feet!
